Dr. Rausch is an experienced medical director, physician executive and business partner. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Skin Surgery Center of Virginia; the Co-Founder, Medical Director and a Board Member for BetterMed Urgent Care; a Managing Partner and member of the Investment Committee for Trolley Ventures; and a member of the Board of Directors for Caretaker Medical located in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Dr. Borich served as Regional Director for a Midwest and East Coast based medical staffing group, partner in a medical and legal staffing company, and Senior VP/Group Medical Officer for an emergency medicine and hospitalist management company serving acute care hospitals. Additionally, he co-founded, developed, and operated a start-up urgent care company for which he served as CFO and presently serves as Chairperson of the Board.

Happy spent over ten years of her career in investment banking, with a specific focus on the healthcare industry. Most recently, she was a Partner and a Director for Cary Street Partners, a middle market investment bank, providing mergers & acquisitions and private placement advisory services.
Happy earned an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and graduated cum laude from Washington & Lee University with a B.S. in Mathematics.
